THE EAGLE PRECISION TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN
(formerly known as the Eagle-Moon Limited Retirement Benefits Plan) (“The Plan”) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Plan are winding-up the Plan. Any former employees of Eagle Precision Technologies Limited, formerly known as Eagle-Moon Limited (“Eagle Precision”), or any associated Company, who believe that they were or should have been Members of the Plan, and who are not receiving a pension from the Plan or who have not received announcements from the Independent Trustee of the Plan (Masons Trustees Limited) are required to write to the Administrators of the Plan, for the attention of Kelly Sweeney, HSBC Actuaries and Consultants Limited (“HACL”) 36 Ridgmont Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 3AB, to make a claim for benefits under the Plan. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, the period during which they worked for Eagle Precision and any documents supporting their claim. Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or interest in the Plan, they are requested to write to Kelly Sweeney at the above address setting out particulars of such a claim in writing within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After the 2 month period, the Trustees may distribute the assets of the Plan amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not have notice. If you have already received an announcement from the Independent Trustee of the Plan (Masons Trustees Limited) there is no need to respond to this advertisement.
