THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Re the Trusts of the Conway Group Pension & Life Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) established by a Deed dated 1 October 1973 made between Conway Group Graphics Limited and the then Trustees of the Scheme.

Notice is hereby given that any person (including any person who has worked part-time for any of the Companies in the Conway Group) having a claim against or an interest in the Scheme which is subject to the trusts of the above-mentioned instrument whereof Stanley Alexander Conway, Phyllis Conway and Andrew Maclaurin Edmonds (all care of Heath Lambert Consulting, Boundary House, 4 County Place, Chelmsford CM2 0RP) are the present Trustees is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned on or before 18 October 2002, after which date the said Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the trust amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which the said Trustees shall then have had notice and the said Trustees will not as respects the assets of the trust or any part thereof so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice. Any person who has already made a claim and received response need not re-apply to the Trustees.
