Notice is given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that The Cable and Wireless CableComms Pension Plan is winding up. Any person having a claim against, or an interest, in The Cable and Wireless CableComms Pension Plan (formerly known as the Nynex UK Employee Benefits Plan) is required to send written particulars to the Trustee, c/o Mr R Nathan, JLT Benefit Solutions Limited, Northgate House, 115 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1FY before 31 October 2002. After 31 October 2002, the Trustee will deal with the assets of the Pension Plan having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has prior written notice and will not, in respect of the assets being dealt with, be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to it in writing prior to that date.
