TYZACK MACHINE KNIVES LIMITED PENSION SCHEME

(formerly known as The Eurovein Pension Scheme) (“the Scheme”) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding-up the above Scheme. Any former employee of Turton-Tyzack Limited (formerly known as Turton Brothers and Matthews Limited which was formerly known as Safetylodge Limited), Tyzack Machine Knives Limited (formerly known as Bercrown Limited), Tyzack Grasscare Limited (formerly known as Lockbead Ltd), Tyzack Precision Plc (formerly known as Eurovein Plc), Eurovein Limited (formerly known as EVL Limited), Henry Rhodes Group (including Henry Rhodes Springs Ltd, Henry Rhodes Ltd and Henry Rhodes Machine Knives Ltd), Tyzack Sons & Turner Ltd or W A Tyzack Ltd, who believes that he or she was a member of the above Scheme but who has not already received or transferred his or her benefits out of the Scheme, or who has not been contacted by either Aon Limited or Eversheds Pension Trustees Ltd is requested to write to Eversheds Pension Trustees Limited, c/o Elenor Lovering, Eversheds House, 70 Great Bridgewater Street, Manchester M1 5ES, to make a claim for benefits. Before 31 October 2002, claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, and details of when they worked for the Companies referred to above. If any other person believes they have a claim against or an interest in the Scheme, they are requested to write to the same address setting out particulars of their claim before 31 October 2002. After 31 October 2002, the Trustees will secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which they do not then have notice.
