Notice is hereby given, under section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Butler Cox Plc Retirement Benefits Scheme (formerly known as Butler Cox & Partners Ltd Retirement Benefits Scheme) are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by Butler Cox Plc (formerly known as Butler Cox & Partners Ltd). If you were an employee or a dependant of an employee of the aforementioned Company and believe that you have a claim or interest to benefits in the Scheme, which have not already been notified to you within the last 3 months, please send particulars in writing by registered post to: Janette Reynolds at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, Kingsgate, 1 King Edward Road, Brentwood, Essex CM14 4HL within 3 months of the date of publication of this advert. After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme in accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Scheme, having regard only to the claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within three months of the date of publication of this advertisement. If you have been receiving correspondence from us in recent months, there is no need for you to respond to this advertisement.
