above-named Company within 4 months from the last date for proving. Last Date for
Proving—9 October 2002. Any Creditor who has not lodged proof of their debt with me
at Price & Co, PO Box 5895, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire NN8 5ZD, by the last
date for proving, will be excluded from the intended Dividend. A proof of debt form
