Notice is hereby given to all persons who are or were members of the Campbeltown Creamery Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme or the Scottish Pride Pension Scheme, which are being wound up. If you have not been contacted by PS Independent Trustees Limited or Aon Limited and you believe you may be entitled to benefits from either scheme please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address, date of birth and full particulars of your membership of the scheme to Margaret Carruthers, PS Independent Trustees Limited, Charlotte House, 2 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh EH2 4AW. Your claim should be submitted within 2 months of the date of issue of this notice, after which date the Trustees will proceed to apply all remaining assets of the schemes in securing the liabilites attributable to the persons so entitled having regard only to the cliams of which they then have notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the schemes or any part of them so applied to any persons whose claims or demands they have then not had notice.
