Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 12 September 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 12 September 2002, I, TOMMIE MAN YUI LUKE, of 22 Bredhurst Close, Penge, London SE20 7BG, married and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Tommy Man Yui Luk and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Tommie Man Yui Luke.
