The Queen has been pleased to approve the appointment of The Viscount De’Isle MBE DL, as Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the County of Kent to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the County, sickness or other inability to act. The appointment takes effect from 10 October 2002. 1 October 2002.
