PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Passmore Web Offset (Maidstone) Limited Retirement Benefit Scheme (“The Scheme”) is in the process of winding-up. Accordingly, it is of vital importance that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Scheme, including any person who may have been employed by the Company or any of its subsidiaries on a part-time basis, and who considers his or her exclusion from the Fund may have constituted indirect discrimination, who has not received a copy of the announcements, should make themselves known to the Trustees of the Scheme. Particulars of any claim should be sent in writing to the undermentioned on or before 29 November 2002, after which the Trustees will proceed with the winding-up of the Scheme assets having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
