LIVERPOOL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees are winding-up the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce and Industry Retirement Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”). Any former employee of Liverpool Chamber of Commerce and Industry (“the Company”) who believes that they were a Member of the above Scheme but who has not already taken a refund of their own contributions, or received, or transferred their benefits out of the Scheme, or who has not been contacted by the Company during 2001 is requested to write to Miss A Fisher, Liverpool Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Number One Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9HG, to make a claim for benefits. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth and details of when they worked for the Company. If any other person believe they have a claim against or an interest in the Scheme they are requested to write to the same address setting out particulars of their claim. Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of publication of this advertisement. After the 2 month period, the Trustees will finalise securing benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only to the claims and interest of which it has prior notice, and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which it does not then have notice.
