Notice is given, under section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Stainless Metalcraft Pension & Assurance Scheme are finalising the winding-up of the Scheme and wish to trace any persons who were employed by Stainless Metalcraft (Chatteris) Limited. If you were an employee of the aforementioned Company and believe that you are entitled to benefits in the Scheme or from the previous Scheme which was known as the Waverley Pension and Assurance Scheme, which have not already been notified to you. Please contact Sara Pinkney at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, “Kingsgate”, 1 King Edward Road, Brentwood, Essex CM14 4HL, within 2 months of the date of publication of this advert. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme, having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement.
