The Queen has been pleased to approve the appointment of Captain Alexander Iain Black Moffat,
as Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the County of Northumberland to act for Her Majesty’s
Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the County, sickness or other inability to
act.
The appointment takes effect from 13 October 2002.
