ROYAL SOCIETY OF MEDICINE STAFF PENSION SCHEME
NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that all Creditors, Members and others having a claim against or claim beneficially interested in the asset of the Royal Society of Medicine, are required to send particulars in writing to the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o Royal Society of Medicine Staff Pension Scheme within two months of the date below.
After this date, the Trustees will proceed to distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them, and will have regard only to the claims of which they then have notice. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
