MIDDLEWEEKS

Notice was given that the Partnership hereto subsisting between Malcolm David Middleweek, Jeremy Lewis Charles Spencer, Shahid Mohammed Choudhry and Carl Lawrence Richmond carrying on business as Solicitors at Swan Buildings, 20 Swan Street, Manchester M4 5JW, under the style or firm name of “Middleweeks” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 27 September 2002 so far as concerns Malcolm David Middleweek who retires from the firm. All debts due to and owing from the said former firm will be received and paid respectively by Jeremy Lewis Charles Spencer, Shahid Mohammed Choudhry and Carl Lawrence Richmond who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm name of “Middleweeks”.
