SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Excalibur Jewellery Retirement Benefits Scheme (1975) (“the Scheme”) is winding-up. Any person who has or may have a claim entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars to PS Employee Benefits Ltd, 3 Broadway, Broad Street, Birmingham B15 1BQ, on or before 31 December 2002. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims, whether formal or not, of which the Trustees then have notice and shall not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing in accordance with this notice. If you are in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or have already received an Announcement to Members from the Trustees in September 2002 you need not reply to this notice.
