Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20 September 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22 October 2002, Nicola Margaret Dwane as the parent having parental responsibility on behalf of MICHAEL JAMES DWANE-HOLDEN, a child, single and British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Dwane and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Dwane-Holden.
