Notice is hereby given that I, Mohammed Ayub Khan, of 83 Augustine Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA3 5NT, formerly called and known by the name of Ayub Raja, a British citizen give public notice that, on 10 October 2002, I formerly and absolutely renounce and abandon the use of my name of Ayub Raja and assumed and adopted in place thereof the name of MOHAMMED AYUB KHAN, and further that such change of name is evidenced by a Deed Poll dated 10 October 2002 under by hand duly executed by me and attested and enrolled in the Enrolment Department of the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Justice.
