Notice is hereby given, that by a Deed Poll dated 28 September 2002 and enrolled in the Supreme Court Court of England and Wales on 30 October 2002, I, SHWAN MOUSAWI, of 5 Sandringham House, Windsor Way, London W14 0UD, a single man and a British citizen, by virtue of section 11.1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Shwan Mohammed and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Shwan Mousawi.
