Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
WILSONS FOUNDRY PENSION PLAN
(the “Plan”)
Notice is given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Plan is
being wound up.
It is believed that all Members of the Plan and their benefits under it have been
identified and it is the intention of the Trustee to distribute the assets of the
Plan to those who appear to be entitled. Any former employees of Wilsons Foundry &
Engineering Company Limited, Wilsons Castings Limited, and NACO Europe Limited (“the
Company”), who believe they may be entitled to benefits from the Plan, should write
to Mr R Evans c/o Walker Morris Trustees Limited, Kings Court, 12 King Street, Leeds
LS1 2HL, on or before 2 January 2003.
Claimants should, before 2 January 2003, provide their full name, address, date of
birth, the period during which they worked for the Company, and any documents supporting
their claim. Please note that notification is NOT REQUIRED from members who are currently
in receipt of a pension from the Plan or who have received announcements from the
Trustee.
After 2 January 2003 the Trustee will proceed with the winding-up of the Plan and
distribution of the Plan assets, having regard only to the claims and interests of
which it has prior notice, and will not as regard to the assets so distributed, be
liable to any person of whose claim it does not have notice.
