NOTICE UNDER SECTION 17(4) OF THE CARE OF CHURCHES AND ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION MEASURE 1991

PROPOSED ALTERATION

Take notice that a petition has been made by the Reverend Andrew Sewell, incumbent of the Parish of Otham with Langley and David Mitchell, of 11 Spur Way, Bearsted, Maidstone, Kent and John Chambers, of Belk Farm, Otham Street, Otham, Kent, Churchwardens to the Commissary General of the Diocese of Canterbury, for a faculty to carry out alterations to the above church, namely: The demolition of an existing wall and lean-to and the construction of an extension to house toilet facilities. To be in accordance with drawings 94-1-01, 01-1-01 and 01-1-02 by Michael Percival.
