DECLARATION OF NATIONAL NATURE RESERVE—SHERWOOD FOREST, PARISH OF EDWINSTOWE, COUNTY OF NOTTINGHAMSHIRE

Notice is hereby given, in pursuit of section 35(1)(c) of the above Act, that by the Sherwood Forest National Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 2002 made on the twelfth day of November two thousand and two English Nature declared that the land containing 222.3 hectares or thereabouts situated in the above-mentioned parish in the county of Nottinghamshire and shown shaded in green on the plan is being held by the Nottinghamshire County Council and Forest Enterprise, who are bodies approved by English Nature and that English Nature further declared that all the land aforesaid is being managed as a Nature Reserve. Certified copies of the Sherwood Forest National Nature Reserve No. 1 Declaration 2002 have been deposited for public inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Nottinghamshire County Council, Trent Bridge House in Nottingham, the Newark and Sherwood District Council, Kelham Hall in Newark and at the offices of English Nature at Northminster House, Peterborough PE1 1UA; and at The Maltings, Wharf Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire NG31 6BH.
