Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925, that any person having a claim against or an interest in the assets of the Stocko Contact Ltd Pension Scheme, established on 24 January 1974, is required to send particulars of his claim or interest to the Solicitors of the Trustees at the address given below before 15 February 2003, after which date the assets of the said Scheme will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had notice.
