THE PROFUND PENSION SCHEME

Notice is hereby given to all parties who are or were Members of the Profund Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) that it is to be wound up. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme.
If you were a Member of the Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and you have not received an announcement dated 19 June 2002, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership of the Scheme to The Trustees, c/o Jill Unwin, Profund Systems Limited, 4-5 Railway Place, Bath BA1 1TH, so as to reach that address on or before 22 January 2003.
The Trustees would be interested to receive a notification from any person who is or was employed by Profund Systems Limited on a part-time basis and who is intending to bring a claim based on inequality of treatment or access to the Scheme for part-timers. Such claims received after the above date will be excluded from benefits under the Scheme.
