HRP LIMITED PENSION AND ASSURANCE SCHEME
TRUSTEE ACT, SECTION 27
Notice is hereby given to all persons who are or were Members of the HRP Limited Pension and Assurance Scheme, that the Scheme and the benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme to those who appear to be entitled. If you were a Member of the Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefit from it, and you have not separately been contacted by the Trustees, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and full particulars of your membership of the Scheme to Mr. R. Walmsley, BBS Consultants & Actuaries, 36 Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2LG, so as to reach that address on or before 4 February 2003. The Trustees would be interested to receive notification of any person who was employed by HRP Limited on a part-time basis and who is intending to bring a claim based on inequality of treatment. Claims received after the above date will be excluded from the calculation of benefits and the distribution of assets of the Scheme.
