NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that all Creditors, Members and others having any claim against or claim to be beneficially interested in the assets of the Scheme, are required to send particulars in writing to Leadenhall Independent Trustee Services Limited, East Wing, 1st Floor, Lloyds Chambers, 1 Portsoken Street, London E1 8LN, on or before 5 February 2003. After this date, the Trustee will proceed to distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them, and will have regard only to the claims of which they then have notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claims or demands they have not had notice.
