BRYANT GROUP PENSION SCHEME
THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Bryant Group Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”), is winding-up. It was operated by Bryant Homes Limited (registered office Cranmore House, Cranmore Boulevard, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4SD). Anyone, including former employees (whether full-time or part-time), having a claim against the assets of the Scheme are required to send their names, addresses and details of their claim in writing to the Scheme Trustee c/o John Westgate, Taylor Woodrow plc, 345 Ruislip Road, Southall, Middlesex UB1 2QX, by 9 February 2003. After this date, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme to the persons entitled to them, and will have regard only to the claims of which it has notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person whose claims or demands have not been received by the Trustee. Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Scheme or who have received correspondence relating to the Scheme from the Trustee.
