NOTICE TO FORMER EMPLOYEES OF LEE BOLTON & LEE AND RELATED COMPANIES

The Trustees of the Lee Bolton & Lee Pension and Life Assurance Scheme are intending to wind up the Scheme on 31 January 2003. If any former employee of Lee Bolton & Lee or Rees & Freres who was a Member of the Scheme, or any beneficiary of a Member believes that he or she may still have an interest in the Scheme, they should contact Sue Goss, at 1 The Sanctuary, London SW1P 3JT, before 31 December 2002. The Pension Scheme was offered to employees who met the eligibility criteria and were employed by the firm before 6 April 1999.
