THE ROGER BULLIVANT PENSION SCHEME
THE TRUSTEES ACT 1925, SECTION 27
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Roger Bullivant Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”), is in wind up. The Trustees of the Scheme are anxious to trace former employees of Roger Bullivant Limited who are, or think they may be entitled to benefits under the Scheme. Any such person is asked to provide written particulars of any such claim, entitlement or interest to Val Farren at Roger Bullivant Limited, Walton Road, Drakelow, Burton on Trent, Staffordshire DE15 9UA, on or before 28 February 2003. After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme to the persons entitled to them, and will have regard only to the claims of which they have notice. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person for whom notification of a claim or demand has not been received by the Trustees within the requisite period. Notification is not required from persons who have received corespondence relating to the Scheme from the Trustees.
