Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Becket House, 1 Lambeth Palace Road, London SE1 7EU, on 17 January 2003, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose of having laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up has been conducted and it’s property disposed of and to hear any explanations that might be furnished by the Liquidator. Notice of these Meetings is purely formal and they are summoned in compliance with the said section of the Insolvency Act. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her and such proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
