Notice of Intended Dividends

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2(1) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Liquidator of the above-named Company intends paying a Dividend to Creditors. The Creditors of the Company are required, on or before Monday 13 January 2003, to submit their proofs of debt to the undersigned, S Gilmore, Lawrence Grant Gilmore, 9 High Street, Elstree Hertfordshire WD6 3BY, Liquidator of the Company, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not proved their debt before the date mentioned above, is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, this or any other Dividend declared before their debt is proved. It is the Liquidator’s intention to declare the Dividend within the period of 4 months from the last date of proving. S Gilmore, Liquidator 11 December 2002.
