ZODIAC FABRICATIONS LIMITED

Notice is hereby given, that a General Meeting of the Members of Zodiac Fabrications Limited will be held at Griffin Court, 201 Chapel Street, Salford M3 5EQ, on 12 February 2003, at 11.30 am, to be followed at 12.00 noon on the same day by a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year and to give any explanation that he may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at Griffin Court, 201 Chapel Street, Salford, Manchester M3 5EQ, no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the Meetings.
