As it is my intention to declare a First and Final Dividend to all known Creditors within a period of 4 months from 28 January 2003, notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named estate in Bankruptcy are required, on or before 28 January 2003, to send their full forenames and surnames, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to me the undersigned, Donald Phillip Gendall, of Sterling Ford, 18-22 Cantelupe Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex RH19 3BJ, the Trustee of the said estate, and if so required by notice in writing from me, the said Trustee in Bankruptcy, are personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and places as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
