At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Ernst & Young, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, on 27 November 2002, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That G A Brittain (Radio) Limited be wound up voluntarily as a Members Voluntary Winding-Up, and that David Hughes of Ernst & Young, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2 be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” W Somerville, Chairman
