THE JOCKEYS ASSOCIATION PENSION SCHEME

The Trustees of the Jockeys Association Pension Scheme (the Scheme) hereby give notice that under the Trust Deed of the above Scheme dated 27 May 2002, changes to the definition of eligibility for membership of the Scheme have been made. If you believe you may be due an entitlement in the Jockeys Association Pension Scheme and have not already heard from the Trustees, you should write to the Pension Trustees, 39-B Kingfisher Court, Hambridge Road, Newbury, Berkshire RG14 5SJ. Any claim must be registered by 31 January 2003. The Trustees will not be liable in respect of any claim made by a Beneficiary of the Scheme (a “Beneficiary“) who is not presently known by the Trustees to be a Beneficiary and who has not registered their claim by the relevant date.
