Notice is being given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the MG (UK) Staff Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) is winding-up.
I, Vernon Holgate, Director, Eggar Trust Corporation Limited, Independent Trustee of the Scheme, require any person interested in, or claiming to be entitled to a benefit from, the Scheme to send to me, at the address given below, within a period of 2 months from the date of this notice, details of such interest or claim.
After 13 March 2003, being the expiration of 2 months from the date of this notice, the Trustee of the Scheme will distribute the assets of the Scheme, having regard to the claims of which they have prior written notice, and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 13 March 2003.
Any persons who have received announcements to members or correspondence within the last 12 months from the Trustees or from Friends Provident need not reply to this notice.
