OLD MANOR HOUSE ROMSEY LIMITED

The Liquidator of Old Manor House Romsey Limited gives notice, under the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that he intends to make a Dividend to unsecured Creditors of the Company within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. Creditors who have not already done so must send details, in writing, of any claim against the Company to the Liquidator at Roger Evans, 19 Brunswick Place, Southampton SO15 2AQ by Friday 7 February 2003, which is the last day for receiving claims. Any Creditor who does not make a claim by the date will not be included in the subsequent Dividend.
