Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Plan which commenced winding-up on 2 December 2002 by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with Thiokol Chemicals Limited, Morton International Limited, Shipley Europe Limited or Rohm and Haas (UK) Limited is hereby required to send particulars in writing within 2 months of the placement of this advertisement, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to: Shipley Europe Limited, Chesford Grange, Warrington, Cheshire WA1 4RQ, marked for the attention of Mrs H Greaves (acting for the Trustees of the Plan). The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
