Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in the above-named Plan which commenced winding-up on 22 November 2001 by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employement with Ralph M Parsons Limited or Parsons Group International Limited, is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 31 March 2003, of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to: Parsons E&C Limited, EMC Tower, Great West Road, Brentford, Middlesex TW8 9AZ, marked for the attention of Terry Hazell (acting for the Trustees of the Plan). The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice, and will not be liable to any other person.
