NOTICE TO MEMBERS UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Roymere Limited Retirement Benefits Plan (“the Plan”) intend to convey or distribute amongst the persons entitled thereto assets and property held for the purposes of the Plan (pursuant to its termination) and require any person having a claim against or an interest in the Plan to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Trustees of the Roymere Limited Retirement Benefits Plan, c/o Moffatt Independent Trustees Limited, Broxbournebury Mansion, White Stubbs Lane, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire EN10 7PY, within 2 months of the date below. After the date shown below the Trustees of the Plan will have regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice in exercising their powers and duties under the Plan and, as regards any property or assets distributed by the Trustees in accordance with the provisions of the Plan, the Trustees shall not be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice. 17 January 2003.
