LOUIS NEWMARK GROUP RETIREMENT & DEPENDANTS’ SECURITY PLAN (“THE PLAN”)
The Trustees are winding-up the Louis Newmark Group Retirement & Dependants’ Security Plan. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person who believes that he or she has a claim against, or entitlement to, a pension or any benefit from, or interest in, the above-named Plan, by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment with the following companies*, namely: Louis Newmark Limited, (Newmark (Wessex) Limited, Louis Newmark plc, Identec Limited, McMurdo Limited, Vernon Gauging Systems Limited, Cryptag Limited, Newmark Technology Limited, Triplite Limited, Retail Equipment Limited, CS Martin Limited, Newmark Precision Metal Finishes Ltd, CS Martin (Holdings) Limited, F U (London) Limited *This list is not necessarily exhaustive and that such claim, entitlement or benefit might not have been taken into account, is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to Hogg Robinson Trustees Limited, Hogg Robinson House, 42-62 Greyfriars Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1NN marked “for the attention of Stuart Barker”, on behalf of the Trustees of the Plan. Such particulars must arrive no later than two months after the date of this advertisement. Notice is not required for persons who have been notified by Hogg Robinson Trustees of the proposed winding-up of the Plan. The Trustees intend to distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice as soon as possible after that date, and will not be liable to any other person.
