Notice to Creditors, beneficiaries and other interested persons to make their claims against the Trustees of the International Oil Insurers Pension Scheme.
Notice is hereby given that any person interested in or having a claim against the International Oil Insurers Pension Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her interest or claim to the Trustees of the International Oil Insurers Pension Scheme, care of Colin Benford, Operations Manager, Capita Trust Company Limited, 7th Floor, Phoenix House, 18 King William Street, London EC4N 7HE, and to send such particulars not later than 20 March 2003 after which date the Trustees intend to distribute the fund among the persons of whom they have notice and will not, as regards the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
