LEWIS AND PEAT (RUBBER) LIMITED PENSION SCHEME

(the “Scheme”)
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that any person claiming a beneficial interest in the Lewis and Peat (Rubber) Limited Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”), is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest or beneficial interest including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, dates of entry into membership of the Scheme to Fiona Lawrence, on behalf of the Trustees of the Scheme, c/o Hogg Robinson Trustees Limited, Hogg Robinson House, 42-62 Greyfriars Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1NN, before 30 April 2003, after which date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
