Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
TEDDINGTON BELLOWS PENSION SCHEME
(Previously known as the Wahlco Environmental Systems Limited Pension Scheme)
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEES ACT 1925
The Teddington Bellows Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) was established with effect from
1 January 1992. Listed below are the Companies that have participated in the Scheme:
Flowrite Dampers Limited; Metroflex (UK) Limited; Petney Engineering Limited; Petney
Holdings Limited; Teddington Bellows Limited; Treste Limited; Wahlco Engineered Products
Group Limited; Wahlco Environmental Systems Limited.
The Trustees now wish to complete the winding-up of the Scheme. Accordingly, if any
person believes that he or she has an entitlement under the Scheme and that such entitlement,
claim against, or interest in the Scheme might not have been taken into account, then
such persons should make themselves known to the Trustees of the Scheme by writing
to Simon Belton at Hymans Robertson, 6th Floor, 120 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2ED,
on or before 31 March 2003, enclosing documentation confirming any such entitlement.
After that date, the Trustees will proceed the final winding-up of the Scheme and
the distribution of the residual assets having regards only to the claims and interests
of which they have notice.
