Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
NAPPER & NORMAN LTD LIFE ASSURANCE AND PENSION SCHEME
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees
are winding-up the Napper & Norman Ltd Life Assurance and Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”).
Any former employee of Napper & Norman Ltd (“the Company”) who believes that they
were a Member of the above Scheme but who has not already taken a refund of their
own contributions, or received or transferred their benefits out of the Scheme, or
who has not been contacted by either Decco Ltd or Mercer Human Resource Consulting
Limited is requested to write to Peter Winterbottom, Operations Development Director,
Decco Limited, PO Box 84, Deansway, Wilmslow Road, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 3LJ, to
make a claim for benefits.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth and details of when
they worked for the Company. If any other person believes they have a claim against
or an interest in the Scheme they are requested to write to the same address setting
out particulars of their claim. Claims must be made within 2 months of the date of
publication of this advertisement.
After the two-month period, the Trustees will finalise securing benefits for any
remaining beneficiaries having regard only to the claims and interests of which it
has prior notice and will not be liable to any person for a claim of which it does
not then have notice.
