OP CHOCOLATE LIMITED

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the OP Chocolate Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”) is winding-up. The Scheme was operated by OP Chocolate Limited of Dowlais, Merthyr Tydfil, Mid Glamorgan CF48 3TB. The Trustees of the Scheme wish to trace former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of OP Chocolate Limited and their dependants who may have claim against the assets of the Scheme.
Any such persons are asked to send their name and address and details of their claim in writing to Gareth Thomas at OP Chocolate Limited, High Street, Dowlais, Merthyr Tydfil, Mid Glamorgan CF48 3TB by 14 April 2003. After this date, the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to those claims and entitlements of which they had notice prior to 14 April 2003. The Trustees shall not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing in accordance with this notice.
If you are presently in receipt of a pension or have received correspondence relating to the Scheme from the Trustees in the last 12 months you need not reply to this notice.
