SEQUENT COMPUTER SYSTEMS LIMITED PENSION PLAN
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Sequent Computer Systems Limited Pension Plan is in the process of being wound
up. This means that the Trustees of the Sequent Computer Systems Limited Pension Plan
need to establish exactly who the beneficiaries of the Sequent Computer Systems Limited
Pension Plan are, and their entitlements to benefits, so that the Trustees can arrange
for the assets of the Sequent Computer Systems Limited Pension Plan to be used to
provide the pensions and benefits due to them.
If you have not already received a communication about this and you have, or consider
that you may have, a right to benefit under the Sequent Computer Systems Limited Pension
Plan, you should contact Peter Weissenhorn, Paymaster (1836) Limited, PO Box 556,
Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1WS, telephone 01293 604071, and to do so either in writing
or on the telephone giving details of the circumstances.
The Trustees intend to finalise the benefits of the beneficiaries of the Sequent
Computer Systems Limited Pension Plan after 13 April 2003.
Unless the Trustees already have notice of your rights to benefits, you will lose
your right to claim those benefits from the Sequent Computer Systems Limited Pension
Plan after 13 April 2003.
