Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
MORTGAGE TRUST PENSION PLAN
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Mortgage Trust Pension Plan (formerly known as The Mortgage Corporation Pension Plan) have started winding-up the said Scheme. Any former employees of Mortgage Trust Limited and The Mortgage Corporation who believe that they were, are or should have been members of the Scheme and who are not receiving a pension from the Scheme or have not received announcements from the Trustees of the Scheme are required to write to the Trustees, c/o Britannic Money, Sir William Atkins House, Ashley Avenue, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5AS before 30 April 2003 to make a claim for benefits under the Scheme. In addition, if any person or persons have any other claims against or interest in the Scheme they are requested to write to the Trustees at the above address setting out particulars of such a claim in writing before the date shown above. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance Number and the period during which they worked for the companies and any documents supporting their claim. After the date shown above the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only the claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not, as regards the assets so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they do not then have notice.
