THE CRAVEN FAWCETT GROUP LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS SCHEME
NOTICE TO MEMBERS PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the Craven Fawcett Group Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”) intend to convey or to distribute among the persons entitled thereto assets and property held for the purpose of the Scheme (pursuant to its termination) and require any person having a claim against or interest in the Scheme to send particulars in writing by registered post of such claim or interest to the Trustees of the Scheme within two months of the date set out below c/o Neville Peel, Nabarro Nathanson, 1 South Quay, Victoria Quays, Sheffield S5 5SY. In the course of the winding-up of the Scheme, but not before the expiry of the two month period referred to above, the Trustees of the Scheme will distribute the remaining Scheme assets in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed and Rules of the Scheme among the Members and any other persons entitled to benefit having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not in respect of the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claims they shall not have had notice. Any person who has already been notified of having an entitlement under the Scheme or who has already received notification of the winding-up from the Trustees of the Craven Fawcett Group Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme or who has made a claim and received a reponse need not send particulars of the Trustees.
