Notice is hereby given that I, HAYDAR RAHMAN, of 65 Avenue Road, Southampton SO14 6TW, formerly called and known by the name of Haydar Ali Miah, a citizen of the United Kingdom, give public notice that, on 29 January 2003, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my name Haydar Ali Miah and assumed and adopted in the place thereof the name of Haydar Rahman. I am a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981.
Enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature on 17 February 2003.
